Experienced in the civil society sector from 1998 with significant experience in coordination and management of the youth projects. He has been coordinator of many projects with impact at local, national and international level. Being from 2003 the President of Youth Alliance – Krusevo, he was involved in numerous international youth project as coordinator as the international youth conference “European values for the future of SEE countries” and bilateral project “Contacts for the Common Future”.
From 2017 he is member of the advisory board of the Regional Youth Cooperation Offices.  Metodija is one of the stronger supporters of the vision that united young people in the region are builders of the European future.  Hereby, in 2018 he initiated the action for creation bilateral youth offices between North Macedonia and Greece.
